We have signed up our 4,5 years old daughter to the beginner kids ski course. We did not know what to expect and our daughter neither speaks Polish or English, nor tired skiing earlier. All what we got, how she was treated, taught, trained was excellent. Every instructor was kind, paid attention on every detail. They were empathic for her with no language connection only gestures and caring. Matilda was her group leader, she was super nice. I do not know the name of the 4 other instructor, but everyone was very patient and kept attention on her. We are satisfied with the whole service we received, and highly recommend to anyone. Besides the course the whole facilility is very family friendly. We have a 2 years old son as well, and as a family with small kids we found everything in place for a smooth and good ski holiday. We wish we can return next season.
